Je t\u0159eba \u010d\u00edst na etiket\u011b, co vlastn\u011b kupujeme. Pokud je mo\u017enost, tak si zakoupit maso z dom\u00e1c\u00edho chovu, stejn\u011b tak jako vejce. V podstat\u011b to sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro uzeniny.  N\u00e1vod\u016f co je dob\u0159e a co \u0161patn\u011b existuje mnohem v\u00edce. Stejn\u011b tak jako produkt\u016f, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed s hubnut\u00edm. Jsou ale skute\u010dn\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 se dokonce ve sv\u011bt\u011b berou jako l\u00e9k na obezitu. Takov\u00fd je nap\u0159\u00edklad Sibutramine, cena je v podstat\u011b srovnateln\u00e1 s vysoce kvalitn\u00edmi dopl\u0148ky stravy. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je t\u0159eba se ale pod\u00edvat na jeho v\u00fdsledky a recenze u\u017eivatel\u016f, kter\u00e9 o mnoh\u00e9m vypov\u00ed.
